MICROSEALER-50 is a one component, low viscosity, polyurethane based primer suitable for many different substrates. It is characterised by its very low viscosity and balanced curing speed which result in excellent wetting, impregnation and paint-over time on different substrates, whether of high, low or no porosity (e.g. glass and metals). Additionally, it can be effectively used on both dry and wet concrete, even green concrete, not only as primer but also as a low-cost sealing solution, increasing, thus, the durability of the substrate. The cured film displays outstanding mechanical properties: Its elongation is >300%, and its tensile strength surpasses 30 N/mm2.
Apply with brush or roller. Consumption: 100-300gr/m2, subject to substrate porosity.
COMPLIANCE - the adhesion strength of MICROSEALER-50 exceeds the requirements of ΕΟΤΑ (European Organization of Technical Approval).
RECOMMENDED to be used as primer for:
Primer –PU ® is a one component low viscosity polyurethane fluid that cures with the humidity in the atmosphere. It is especially designed to enhance the adhesion of polyurethane high solids products on porous substrates. Primer-PU ® is ideal for protection of metal structures against corrosion.
Maximum Total Consumption: 0.150 kg/m2.
RECOMMENDED FOR priming of porous substrates:
Geodesmo-50 is a one component, fast curing polyurethane based primer suitable for all substrates. It can be used successfully on both porous or non- porous substrates. Additionally, it can be effectively used on both dry and wet concrete, even green concrete, not only as primer but also as a low-cost sealing solution, increasing, thus, the durability of the substrate.
Apply with brush or roller. Consumption: on concrete 100-500 gr/m2, subject to substrate porosity.
RECOMMENDED to be used as primer for:
MICROPRIMER PU is a one component, low viscosity, 100% aliphatic polyurethane based primer suitable for all substrates. It is characterised by its very low viscosity, excellent impregnation, non-yellowing (nonstaining) properties combined with a relatively fast cure speed and most importantly its excellent adhesion on both non-porous and porous substrates. The cured film displays good mechanical properties: Its elongation is >50%, and its tensile strength surpasses 40 N/mm2.
Apply with brush or roller. Consumption: 50-200 gr/m2, subject to substrate porosity.
COMPLIANCE - The adhesion strength of MICROPRIMER exceeds the requirements of ΕΟΤΑ (European Organization of Technical Approval).
RECOMMENDED to be used as primer for:
AQUASMART®-DUR is a revolutionary epoxy based primer/coating formulated by Alchimica research and development laboratory. It is a twocomponent, water based, epoxy coating, specially formulated for use in a 1:1 by volume ratio. This allows the user to consume even the smallest quantities and store the material for future needs. The viscosity of the material is low and the pot life long, making it ideal for DIY applications. AQUASMART®-DUR can be easily colored with universal pigment pastes available in hardware
stores and can be filled with equal parts of quartz sand giving rise to an excellent protective coating for concrete and metal surfaces.
RECOMMENDED FOR:
AQUADUR is a two-component, water based, epoxy coating. It has a track record of more than 20 years of successful use as primer for the HYPERDESMO® line of products, as well as other ALCHIMICA polyurethane based products. It is certified as “Class III” water and humidity barrier, which makes it ideal for applications subject to negative pressure / rising humidity. An easy to use and safe (zero VOC) product with many applications besides priming.

RECOMMENDED FOR:
UNIVERSAL PRIMER-2K-4060 is a twocomponent, solvent-less primer, for use with the HYPERDESMO® System and other polyurethane based products within the ALCHIMICATM line-up. It is fast-curing and non-toxic (has zero V.O.C.). Primer ideal for use in cold climates or low humidity conditions.
Apply with brush or roller. Total consumption, 100-200 gr/m2, subject to substrate porosity.

RECOMMENDED FOR to be used as primer for:
Primer PVC is a one component low viscosity material designed to clean and prime existing old and new PVC membranes prior to the application of Hyperdesmo® system.
Apply with brush or roller. Consumption: 100 gr/m2.
FEATURES & BENEFITS
PRIMER-Τ® is one component, colorless, non-staining primer especially designed to secure the adhesion of Hyperdesmo-Τ® on non-porous substrates. Although designed for Hyperdesmo –T, it is fully suited for all products in the Hyperdesmo product range. Chemically, PRIMER-Τ®is a composed of a moisture reacting organosilane in a mixture of solvents and additives to ensure overall wetting of the substrate. PRIMER-Τ® is easily applied by wetting a clean cloth and essentially cleaning the surface to be protected with Hyperdesmo –T. PRIMER-Τ® dries quickly, within 10-15 max. the surface is ready for application.
